Almost all oversea french voters have finished voting : US yessterday followed by French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Polynesia.  The number of registered voters overseas has more than doubled since 2002, (820,000 compared with 385,000). Today around 44Millions of french voters will continue voting until 6PM and 8PM for the big cities.

Sarkozy seems to be still ahead, however massive voting and bayroux's factor makes it hard to predict.  Polls are closed but twitter bets open ;-
